Part of the reason why I was thrilled when my dad decided to get an iPad was the fact that I could use it to browse knitting magazines and download eBook versions of knitting books.
Now, I've finally gotten my first knitting eBook. It's Ann Budd's ingenious The Knitter's Handy Book of Top-Down Sweaters, which I'm already in love with.
Not to mention the fact that the book works great on the iPad. I prefer to read novels in the good old-fashioned way, but with reference books and books that have lots of photos, graphs and such I think a digitalized version works great!
I bought the eBook directly from the Interweave Store, which was easy-peasy! They have a great selection of books for eReaders that I wish I had known of before.
Hopefully, The Knitter's Handy Book of Top-Down Sweaters will help me expand my design collection to include knitted garments as well sometime in the near future.
